SDM Kokernag Orders Hassle-Free Tourist Movement to Sinthan Top

Srinagar, Apr 7 : With the tourist season gaining momentum, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kokernag has issued strict directions to ensure smooth and obstruction-free movement of tourists from Kokernag to the picturesque Sinthan Top.
According to an official order, a copy of which lies with all Heads of Departments (HODs) operating under the jurisdiction of Sub Division Kokernag have been instructed to facilitate the unhindered travel of tourists. The SDM has further directed Station House Officers of Kokernag and Larnoo to take immediate action against any individuals who unnecessarily obstruct tourist vehicles along the route.
Additionally, Tehsildars of Kokernag and Larnoo have been asked to monitor the tourist activity and ensure that no hurdles are created during the ongoing season. The order also warns that any laxity on the part of officials in this regard will be taken seriously.
To further support tourism, the Assistant Tourist Officer Kokernag has been tasked with facilitating tourists heading towards Sinthan Top. The move is aimed at promoting tourism and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
