As reported by NHIDCL, the kishtwar–Sinthan– National High way via sinthan top is open for vehicular movement . Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) shall be allowed to cross Parna Check Post, Chingam between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. However, movement of Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) shall remain suspended today on the said road.
