Instruction for reopening of Schools after winter vacations in Zone, Inderwal, Kishtwar.


Schools are going to re-open on 1st March 2025 after vacations which needs to be celebrated as a welcome event. As such all Hols are advised toa here to the following instructions: –

1. The re-opening of schools needs to be celebrated in a festive ambience to attract the stud ents in a conductive school environment: –

2. The Hols shall ensure mobilization including preparation of Institution Plan and Time-table, sanitation, well in advance.

3. The Hols shall be responsible for keeping all requisite arrangements ready before opening of schools and ensure the minor repairs/retrofitting, if required, with regard to Drinking Water, Electricity, Toilets, window panes etc to be taken well in advance: –

4. The Hols shall ensure that the Biometric/JK Attendance Portal is in working condition and updated as per their current staff in position.

5. The School premises must be kept neat and clean and with a festive outlook.

6. The Complex/Cluster Heads shall hold Sensitization Sessions with their respective clusters schools to gear up all the concerned for reopening of schools in light of the above instructions.

7. All the officials Teaching/Non-Teaching working under the establishment of this office are hereby directed to not leave the station for any Training / Duty without deputation of this office.

The circular instructions shall be strictly adhered to.
