Traffic Movement Allowed for Light Vehicles on Kishtwar–Sinthan Road via Sinthan Top.
Kishtwar, March 14: The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Chatroo has issued an order allowing regulated traffic movement on the Kishtwar–Sinthan National Highway via Sinthan Top following clearance from the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
As per the order, only Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) will be permitted to ply on the Kishtwar–Sinthan road. The movement of vehicles will remain strictly regulated between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, during which traffic will be allowed in both directions.
The order further directs the Station House Officer (SHO) Chatroo to ensure strict implementation and compliance with the directions issued.
Officials have clarified that the order will remain subject to fair weather conditions, and any change in weather or road conditions may lead to further restrictions for the safety of commuters.
Authorities have advised commuters to adhere to the timing restrictions and cooperate with traffic personnel to ensure smooth and safe movement on the highway.
