* What: Traffic is now permitted on the Kishtwar-Sinthan National Highway via Sinthan Top.
* Who: The order applies to light and heavy vehicles (specifically, six-tire vehicles only).
* When: Vehicles are allowed to cross the Parna Check Post in Chingam between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
