In a significant achievement, Prof. Mussarat Mushtaq Mattoo, son of Mushtaq Ahmed Mattoo, has successfully completed his Ph.D. in Education from Sri Baba Bhag Singh University (SBBSU) in Jalandhar. His groundbreaking research focused on “Teacher Effectiveness, Mental Health, and Emotional Intelligence of Secondary School Teachers in Relation to Organizational Climate,” a topic of vital importance in today’s educational landscape.
Throughout his research journey, Prof. Mattoo developed a standardized tool specifically designed for teachers, which has since been published by the National Psychological Corporation (NPC) in Agra.
