Educational Institutions to Remain Closed.

Kishtwar:- Educational Institutions to Remain Close on 31st July 2025 Due to Weather Advisory

In view of the advisory issued by the Meteorological Advisory and Early Warning (MAEW) regarding intermittent spells of heavy to very heavy rainfall and the increased risk of flash floods in the district and as per the directions of the District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, all Government and Private schools in District Kishtwar shall remain closed on 31st July 2025 (Thursday) as a precautionary measure.

This step has been taken in the interest of public safety, particularly that of students and school staff given the unpredictable nature of the weather and the potential hazards associated with it.

All concerned are requested to take note of the order and adhere to it strictly.
