JAMMU, June 8: In a proud moment for Kishtwar and the entire Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, nationally acclaimed young singing prodigy Samriddhi Sen has been appointed as the Brand Ambassador of the Master Sansar Chand Baru Memorial Charitable Trust (MSCBMC Trust) in recognition of her exceptional achievements in music and her remarkable contribution to promoting the region’s rich cultural heritage across India and beyond.

A highly accomplished classical and semi-classical vocalist, Samriddhi has emerged as one of the brightest young musical talents from Jammu & Kashmir. Through her mesmerizing performances on prestigious national platforms and unwavering dedication to Indian classical music, she has brought laurels to Kishtwar and earned admiration from audiences across the country.

Despite her young age, Samriddhi has carved an extraordinary niche for herself in the world of music. Her journey from the scenic hills of Kishtwar to national and international stages stands as a testament to talent, perseverance and excellence. She has won numerous national and international awards, secured gold medals in prestigious singing competitions, and earned recognition as one of India’s most promising young musical stars. Her appearances on leading television reality shows have further showcased her immense talent to a wider audience.

Samriddhi, daughter of Sh. Sonu Kumar Sen and Smt. Ruchi Shan, is currently a Class 8 student at Sunita Devi Memorial Higher Secondary School, Kishtwar. She receives formal training in Indian classical music under the guidance of renowned Guru Sh. Sanjeev Sharma Ji and has also refined her musical abilities under celebrated music mentor Sudeep Jaipurwale during her participation in the popular reality show Superstar Singer.

Announcing the appointment, Anuradha Rishi, President of the Master Sansar Chand Baru Memorial Charitable Trust, described Samriddhi as a true symbol of dedication, discipline and cultural pride.
